Now reading..

Been reading A Discovery of Witches for past 2 weeks now and i must say im really enjoying it. It is very similar to Twilight books, but a little bit more grown up. I would recommend  it to anyone who enjoys books about vampires (and obviously witches:). I find it very intellectual and fascinating  read, witch offers me a great escape in to main characters life!

You can read  more about the book here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/

Out in the park...

Yesterday was a glorious day in UK! It was 27 degrees outside, so me and my hubby (it was his Birthday btw) decided to go and catch a bit of the sun in the park:) It was so beautiful! Trees are already yellow and orange  and the sky was pure blue. I was so inspired, so i took few pictures to memorise that pretty Friday...

Now reading..

Last week i have started reading 'Aleph'. Its a new book from my All time favourite author Paulo Coelho. I red his first book 'The Fifth mounting' when i was about 15 years old, and that's when i fell in Love with books. His most famous book 'The Alchemist' really changed my (and millions of other people) way of thinking and looking at things. I red almost all his books in both Russian and English, and enjoyed them all. So far 'Aleph' is no exception:)
I love this little movie clip which is illustrating the book http://www.paulocoelho.com/en/

'One Day'

I have finished reading 'One Day' and I can't describe just how much i Loved this book. It was so enjoyable, i really wanted to keep reading it to find out where the characters will be next year. It was so fascinating to see how two people change over the 20 years. Its a beautifully written, funny and charming, it made me laugh out loud a few time (i was on the bus and people were looking, but never mind), and it also made me cry (in the end). I can't recommend this book enough, it really is a great read!
And now I'm really looking forward to see a movie. I was plesently surprised when i find out that David Nicholls wrote the script for the movie himself, so i assum it will be very close to the book! I Loved the trailer, the main characters look just as i imagined.

Tonight for dinner...

Tonight for dinner I made something new again: Pork in cheese:) Slice your pork in to thin pieces (or buy a ready made one, like i did), cover them in egg whites, put cheese on top and grill for 10 min. You can also fry it if you want, but I prefer to grill my meat as its healthier:) Serve with some vegetables and potatoes or rice (i served mine with fresh vegetables and brown rice).

P.S. Im really enjoying reading 'One Day' so far!
